Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Square Yard, located in Gurugram. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Daily tasks will include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring design projects meet clients' specifications and timelines. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
