The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Customer Experience team you will design innovative user experiences that meet client needs and enhance satisfaction. As an Associate you will support senior staff in creating impactful design solutions while developing your knowledge in user-centered design practices. This position allows you to collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders, making sure that your designs resonate with users and drive engagement.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Design or UI/UX Strategy
- Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD
- Demonstrating user-centered design and design thinking
- Excelling in collaboration and communication with teams
- Passion for resolving user pain points through design
- Knowledge of accessibility testing tools and standards
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
- Researching and showcasing industry trends and technologies
