About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Associate – Influencer Marketing to manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. This role requires strong coordination skills, influencer communication abilities, campaign management expertise, and the ability to work closely with internal teams like Planning, Pricing, and Revenue to deliver seamless brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Management
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from brief to closure.
- Coordinate with internal Planning team for creator finalization.
- Work with the Pricing/Procurement team to ensure cost alignment and confirmations.
- Share campaign briefs with influencers and ensure complete understanding of deliverables.
- Track timelines and ensure on-time content submission and posting.
2. Influencer Coordination
- Identify and communicate with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate basic commercial terms (as per internal guidelines).
- Maintain relationships with influencers and talent managers.
- Ensure contracts, deliverables, and usage rights are clearly aligned.
- Follow up for content drafts, revisions, and live links.
3. Client Communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients during campaign execution.
- Share content for approvals and incorporate feedback.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
4. Content & Quality Control
- Review influencer content to ensure brand guideline adherence.
- Ensure proper tagging, hashtags, disclosures, and brand mentions.
- Coordinate revisions where required.
- Maintain brand tone consistency across creators.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, views, etc.).
- Maintain campaign trackers and documentation.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries.
- Identify insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
6. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Planning Team – for influencer scouting and strategy
- Pricing/Procurement Team – for cost negotiation and blocking
- Revenue Team – for client alignment and upselling opportunities
- Ensure all departments are aligned on deliverables and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 0–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of influencer pricing and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, PPT, and campaign tracking tools.
