Key Responsibilities
Quotation: 3D Printing File Preparation & Printing
3D printing is a modern manufacturing process that creates physical objects from digital 3D models. Candidate should coordinate with sales team & give quotation then preparing a suitable CAD model and exporting it in a format such as STL or 3MF. The file is then imported into slicing software, where parameters such as layer height, infill density, printing speed, temperature, supports, and build orientation are configured. The slicer converts the model into G-code instructions for the printer. After checking the settings, the file is transferred to the 3D printer. The printer deposits or cures material layer by layer until the final object is completed.
