Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans
- Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives
- Drive annual saving /cost avoidance
- Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk
- Participate in new supplier search and development
- Drive supplier negotiation and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies
- Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems
- Participate in Internal Audits and ensure noncompliance with Indirect Procurement. YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Experience in IFM /Operation related Projects with Capex /Energy Projects. You should experience of disposing the scrap activity and good knowledge of HSE .
- You should have good supplier knowledge for Training /Hoteling / Transportation in market. Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
- Cross-functional experience in engineering/technology, operations, sales/marketing. WE VALUE
- Bachelor s degree in engineering /business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or contract management will be added advantage
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of the industry
- Ability to lead change and build high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
