Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Remote & In-Person Support Technician, who will be responsible for supporting meetings across. This is a client facing position based at Bangalore, India - Working from the client’s office. The ideal candidate will project confidence and calm while working in critical environments.
The candidate must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, be outgoing and enjoy working in a team environment and independently as required.
You must have a strong meeting support background, as you will collaborate with clients, consultants, and our technical teams to define the necessary conferencing technologies required to deliver a successful briefing experience.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to; interacting with clients daily, ensuring that conferencing equipment is in working order and working with team members to achieve organizational goals and providing local or remote meeting support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with executive level management
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and plan ahead
- Set-up daily meetings and provide meeting support (either in-person or remotely) utilizing Our Voice, Video and Web Conferencing Technologies
- Strong PC and Mac knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Must be organized and have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility in work shifts & schedule to map to business requirements, including occasional on-call
- The ability to demonstrate and teach new technical procedures
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize conflicting demands
- Continuous focus on service improvements, both technical and process-oriented
Position Requirements
- 4 - 7 years of corporate IT experience
