Role Description
Job Requirements: -
- Oversee the day-to-day production of full, accurate, and timely reporting outputs (including Quarterly Investment Reports) to meet both internal and external deadlines, ensuring all controls and quality standards are adhered to.
- Develop, maintain, and update procedure documents and templates to reflect best practice, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards globally, regionally, and locally.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships professionally and efficiently, co-ordinating reporting production, and promptly addressing stakeholder requirements, queries, and deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve client and stakeholder queries, collaborating with the global client services network as required.
- Proactively identify, triage, and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and issues at their root cause, escalating when necessary, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and team effectiveness, leveraging technology and driving innovation whilst implementing enhancements to processes and systems.
- Contribute to and present management information (MI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management reporting.
- Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating leadership in time management, prioritisation, stakeholder management, collaboration, ownership, accountability, and an innovation mindset.
- Participate in, and when required, lead reporting-related projects.

Experience in the Securities or Fund Management industry
Previous Experience In Portfolio Accounting Required
