Task Description
The AI developers should have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining AI-powered applications, particularly:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems
Working with both structured and unstructured data
Integrating AI/ML models into production-grade applications
Improving existing AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and accuracy
Responsibilities
Work closely with BDO stakeholders on AI use cases and delivery
Build and maintain AI pipelines using Agents, LLMs, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval
Design, develop, and optimize RAG/Agentic workflows for text and document-centric use cases
Develop AI components using Python, integrating models, data processing, and APIs
Apply document and image processing models where required (OCR, embeddings, vision models)
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model outputs and system performance
Support cloud-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and REST (or equivalent) API frameworks
Technology Landscape
Hands-on experience in AI/ML or LLM-based systems
Proven experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production
Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs like LLaMA/Mistral)
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience With Cloud-based AI Deployments (Azure Preferred, AWS/GCP Acceptable)
Nice to have experience in enterprise AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI
