Role Description
Job Title: Data Associate
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Job Summary
The Data Associate will work under continuous guidance to efficiently process assigned transactions within defined timelines. The role requires maintaining high accuracy and quality standards in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Process assigned transactions accurately and within stipulated timelines
- Ensure adherence to client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in terms of quality, productivity, and schedule
- Enter and verify data as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain 100% accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Stay updated with client processes, products, and any changes or updates
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements and internal guidelines
- Identify and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Quality Analyst (QA) for resolution
- Work collaboratively to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in data processing or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to process updates
