Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an Associate HR Intern. The intern will assist in a variety of tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting benefits administration, and providing general HR support. Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Ability to develop, understand, and implement HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
