About The Role
It is our endeavour to always stay ahead in the fast-growing micro-drama industry, and creating AI micro-dramas is the natural next step. We have created India’s best long form AI content creation tool, thereby solving legacy problems that plague this industry.
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Growth Manager – India to drive the creative vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of Dashreel’s fiction content in liaison with the growth of our internal platform. This leadership role requires a blend of creative excellence, strategic thinking, data fluency, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Content Leadership
- Create and maintain long lasting relationships with Micro Drama Creators and develop an ecosystem of co-creating AI Micro Dramas
- Own the end-to-end content strategy for DashReels (India), aligning it with the platform’s business and audience growth objectives.
- Work closely with licensing, marketing, performance, product, and analytics teams to co-create integrated campaigns that amplify content success.
- Build and maintain a high-quality creative slate driven by audience preferences, data insights, and market trends.
- Ensure a consistent, engaging tone and voice across all content with genre-specific customizations (e.g., fantasy, romance, thriller).
End-to-End Content Ownership
- Monitor and drive content performance, iterating on creative based on data-driven insights and audience feedback.
- Align content outputs with business success metrics — engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Run dedicated programs for outreach, onboarding, creating, and engaging with AI filmmakers, influencers, studio houses, production houses, etc. to facilitate micro drama creation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest production standards suited for short-form mobile-first consumption
- Develop scalable content production processes that balance speed, quality, and budget.
- Standardize creative operations, resource allocation, and timelines to meet aggressive launch and volume goals
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with fantasy, romance, and OTT storytelling formats, including micro-dramas, preferred
- Proficient in Hindi and English
- Experience with user acquisition and growth strategies in the OTT space or gaming
- Experience in performance marketing preferred
- Deep expertise in short-form storytelling and episodic fiction designed for digital/mobile audiences.
- Proven ability to manage the entire creative lifecycle — from concept development to post-launch performance.
- Strong track record in content commissioning, story development, and successful show launches.
- Experience in building and leading large cross-functional creative teams.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, with the ability to connect content outputs to business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret performance data and user insights to shape content direction.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of digital content trends, mobile video formats, and emerging storytelling platforms. Familiarity with video production workflows and tools is a strong plus.
