About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Growth Manager for the AI Search Visibility practice. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly emerging discipline of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), where brands work to be cited inside AI-generated answers. You will work on live client engagements, from intelligence gathering, content review, backlinking campaigns through to assisting with client management.
What You'll Do
- Run AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, capturing citations, sentiment, and source URLs
- Perform competitor benchmarking, link-gap analysis, and citation-share studies
- Prepare monthly client reports across engagements, surfacing patterns and insights
- Conduct backlink campaigns and map community discussion opportunities for clients
- Support content operations across multiple innovative startups
- Assist in running monthly client review calls with founders and senior stakeholders, including walking them through the report, answering questions, and translating feedback into next month's plan
- Conduct outreach calls with founders and senior stakeholders
- Manage dashboards showing client visibility, gaps, and month-on-month progress
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, where required
What We're Looking For
- Completed graduation
- 2-3 years experience in growth, organic marketing, SEO
- Comfort with Google sheets, prompt-based AI tools, and learning new software
- Excellent written and spoken English, attention to detail, and reliability under deadline
- Calm and composed verbal presence on calls with senior stakeholders
