Role Description:
As our Associate Graphic Designer, you’ll help turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. From branding and logos to campaign creatives, you’ll work closely with our team to bring brand stories to life - all while making things look really good. This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune, so yes, you’ll be designing with real humans, real feedback, and real coffee.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing graphics, branding, campaign creatives, and digital assets that actually get noticed
- Creating engaging motion graphics, animated content, and video edits for social, digital, and marketing campaigns
- Bringing brand strategies to life visually
- Collaborating with cross teams to nail the brief
- Obsessing over details - because the little things matter
- Staying updated on design trends, motion styles, and creative formats
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have strong skills in Graphic Design and a portfolio you’re proud of
- Know your typography and can make words look as good as they read
- Have a sharp eye for detail and can take feedback like a pro
- Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & friends)
- Have working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for motion/video creation
- Can create reels, short-form edits, animations, and visually engaging video content
- Work well with teams and communicate clearly
Bonus Points If You:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or something similar
- Have experience in advertising or marketing (agency life, anyone?)
- Have experience working on social media content, performance creatives, or digital campaigns
