Someone who notices when spacing is off, when something feels forced, when a design is saying too much instead of the right thing. Someone who enjoys clarity, restraint, and creating work that can stand on its own without explanation. Key roles and responsibilities

Design creative assets for social media, performance marketing and brand marketing

Translate ideas and briefs into clean, thoughtful, on-brand visuals

Contribute to visual thinking, not just execution

Collaborate closely with the design, content, and founders

What are we looking for

This role is not about knowing every tool. It’s about taste, thinking, and ownership. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing)

Think visually and can explain your design decisions clearly

Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your work

Can handle feedback with maturity and use it to sharpen your output

Enjoy working in a fast-moving, content-driven environment

Manage your timelines and deliver work without reminders

Care deeply about quality, even in everyday design

Prior in-house or start up experience

Tools:

You should be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator

Bonus:

Interest in skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands;

Knowlegde of After Effects, or Premiere Pro.

Location: On-site, Kandivali West, Mumbai

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation: Based on experience and skill (open conversation)

Openings: 2 Openings
