Job Title: Associate Graphic Designer

We are a high-performance video editing agency managing multiple 6-figure real estate brands globally. We build digital authority for elite property experts by bridging the gap between cinematic video and high-conversion graphic assets. The Role
We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer with a "Luxury Aesthetic" to join our remote production team.
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Dedicated Full-Time Role.
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 INR per month (Commensurate with skill)
Core Deliverables
High-Impact Thumbnails: Designing click-worthy YouTube thumbnails that balance curiosity, clarity, and luxury branding.
Premium Carousels: Crafting multi-slide educational and property-focused assets for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Brand Packaging: Creating professional banners and cover images that maintain a consistent, high-end identity.
Visual Storytelling: Using professional typography and layout to make complex data look sophisticated.
The Application Task (Mandatory Step 1)
Objective: In this test, you must prove you can switch visual identities instantly and deliver high volume without dropping quality.
The Task: You will create one (1) Thumbnail for any two (2) different clients listed below (Total = 2 Files).
1. The Assets

Inside each folder, you must analyze the Brand Guidelines (Hex Codes & Fonts), References (current style), and provides Headshots/Backgrounds.
2. The Challenge
Implement your own skills to showcase how you would design these thumbnails differently while strictly following the brand guidelines. This is your chance to show your creative ability to modernize a layout or create a stronger hook.
Important: You must strictly follow the brand guidelines provided for each client. Any deviations will result in a loss of points.
3. Submission Guidelines
Deadline: 16th April 2026, 6 PM.
Format: Final thumbnails must be submitted in PNG format.
Organization: Organize your files into folders named after each client.
Naming: Clearly name each file (e.g., "ClientName_Creative.png").
Upload: Upload the organized folder structure to a new folder on your Google Drive.
Access: Ensure sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link can view." (Failure to do this results in automatic disqualification).

Selection Process:
Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the quality of their task submission (typography, aesthetics, and guideline adherence).
Interview: Shortlisted designers will be invited for a final interview for selection.
