Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee project design from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Lead design planning activities, including setting objectives, strategies, and goals for the architecture team.
- Develop master plans for large-scale projects, considering spatial requirements, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Coordinate space planning efforts to optimize the use of available space and resources.
- Manage the design and development process, overseeing all aspects of architectural work.
- Drive concept development, translating ideas into viable design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to execute design plans effectively.
- Handle approvals and permits processes, liaising with relevant authorities as necessary.
- Lead negotiation efforts with stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
