Hiring: Associate- General Corporate & Contracts (AI-first) | Mumbai
We’re building at the intersection of law and AI at Lexapar, where we combine a full‑stack legal delivery platform with a strong service layer to transform how companies manage contracts and legal workflows.
We are looking for a lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in general corporate and commercial contracts who wants to work hands‑on with fast‑growing businesses and cutting‑edge legaltech.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years PQE in general corporate and commercial / contracting work.
- Prior law firm experience is preferred.
- Strong grounding in contract law fundamentals, drafting and negotiation.
- Genuine interest in AI, legaltech and process‑driven lawyering- you don’t need to code, but you should be excited to use tools, give structured feedback and work with data‑backed workflows.
- Comfort working in an early‑stage, high‑ownership startup environment, on‑site 5 days a week in Mumbai.
