Founder's Office Associate - Mumbai
I am hiring for an owner-led role in Mumbai for someone who wants to work close to the operating core of a growing food business. V This is a cross-functional role working directly with the owner across growth, customer outreach, operations, marketing, marketplaces, supply chain, and special projects. The work is broad: you will help execute and build systems around food products, customer relationships, and preventive-health focused consumption.
This is not a narrow customer service role. It needs someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, following through, coordinating across functions, and taking ownership of open-ended problems.
What You Will Work On
- Direct customer outreach and relationship-building with customers, communities, and key accounts.
- Growth initiatives across marketplaces, social media, and direct channels.
- High-priority owner-led projects across business functions.
- Tracking and analysing performance metrics.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to keep projects moving.
- Identifying gaps, opportunities, and execution issues proactively.
- Taking up special projects where the business needs momentum.
Who This Is For
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- High ownership, common sense, and ability to prioritise across multiple tasks.
- Curious about how a business works end to end.
- Comfortable without a fixed lane or narrowly defined job box.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer success, community management, operations, sales support, customer support, or related roles is useful.
