The Role: Founder’s Office -Strategy and Execution
We are on the lookout for an Associate for a high-impact, cross-functional role that involves working directly with the founders and leadership team - to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence. The Associate will support decision-making through data-driven insights, manage key projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams including product, growth, finance, and operations.
What You Will Own
- Be the Founder’s Strategic Partner: Own cross-functional initiatives, translate vision into execution, and act as an internal accelerator for strategic goals.
- Drive the Big Bets: Identify opportunities, size markets, assess risks, and support bold, data-driven decision-making.
- Keep Leadership Aligned: Collaborate with CXOs and business teams to ensure clarity on performance, priorities, and accountability.
- Be the Execution Engine: Turn discussions into action—drive follow-through, ensure ownership, and execute high-priority initiatives effectively.
- Power Communications: Create crisp board decks, CEO updates, and internal narratives that align the organisation with the mission.
Who You Are:
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, investing, or operations at a high-growth company.
- A thinker and a doer—you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with both numbers and people.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Highly resourceful—you take ownership, figure things out, and act without waiting for direction.
- An exceptional communicator across presentations, documents, and meetings.
- An MBA from a top-tier institute is preferred, but not a mandate. If your experience demonstrates strong capability, we should talk !
