Associate – Founder’s Office (Strategy & Special Projects)

design-driven products for contemporary Indian homes. Inspired by German design
principles of precision, efficiency, and simplicity, Köche develops thoughtfully engineered
appliances such as BLDC kitchen chimneys, hobs, cooktops, and water heaters tailored for
modern kitchens.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber individual to work directly with the Founder in driving
strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational excellence across the company. The
Founder’s Office acts as a central problem-solving unit that works across departments to
launch initiatives, solve complex problems, and accelerate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
• Assist in developing long-term strategic plans and growth initiatives
• Support evaluation of new business models, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
Business Performance & Analytics
• Build dashboards to track company KPIs and performance metrics
• Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and strategic reports
Special Projects
• Lead cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, finance, and product
• Work closely with department heads to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
• Solve operational challenges and implement scalable solutions
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as a bridge between the Founder and leadership teams
• Drive accountability for strategic initiatives across departments
• Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and vendors

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, investment banking, or
business operations or exceptional freshers
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
