Role Description
This is a full-time remote Associate role within the Founder's Office. The Associate will work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, research, and operational execution. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market and business research, preparing detailed reports, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring timely execution of high-priority tasks. Collaboration and communication with stakeholders across different teams to align on key business priorities will also be central to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in data analysis, business research, and strategic planning
- Project management expertise, with the ability to manage and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts effectively
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and act as a self-starter
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management platforms
- Prior experience in consulting, product strategy, or tech-driven businesses is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field
