Brand Associate - Founder's Office
Most people think brands are built through campaigns. We think brands are built through experiences.
The conversation a founder has with a young employee. The launch of a new product. The excitement before an event. The story behind a customer claim. The small moments that most people ignore but somehow become the reason people remember a company years later.
At CoverYou, we are entering a new chapter. We are rebuilding our brand, rethinking how people experience us, and preparing to launch a brand-new product. As we do that, we are looking for someone who can help us document, shape, and tell that journey.
Not as a videographer.
Not as an editor.
Not as someone who simply creates content because a content calendar demands it.
We are looking for a storyteller. Someone who understands that a brand is not built through one great video. It is built through hundreds of moments captured consistently over time.
The camera is a tool. The story is the job.
This role will sit within the Founder's Office and work across brand, culture, products, partnerships, events, founder visibility, and strategic initiatives. Some days you may be filming a conversation. Some days you may be planning a content series. Some days you may be editing a video. And some days you may simply be observing, trying to understand what story is worth telling and why it matters.
While experience in shooting and editing videos is important, we are far more interested in how you think. We are looking for someone who notices patterns, understands people, and is curious about businesses. Someone who does not shy away from picking up a camera, but equally does not shy away from building systems, creating processes, managing projects, and taking ownership of outcomes.
If you understand social media metrics, audience behaviour, engagement patterns, and content performance, that is a significant advantage. We believe creativity and numbers should not live separately. The best storytellers understand both the emotion behind a story and the data behind its success.
What You'll Do
- Capture and document founder, employee, customer, and company stories.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop content concepts, narratives, and campaign ideas.
- Support product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
- Build repeatable content processes and content libraries.
- Work closely with founders to build visibility and thought leadership.
- Analyse content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to social media planning and content distribution.
- Travel for events, association meetings, and special projects whenever required.
What Will Help You Succeed
- 1- 4 years of experience in content creation, videography, media, brand, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of video shooting fundamentals, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Hands-on experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging content formats.
- Ability to create content from concept to execution.
- Comfortable working with cameras, mobile content creation, microphones, and basic production equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good project management and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of analytics, social media insights, and content performance metrics.
- Curiosity to understand business, branding, and human behaviour.
