About the Role
We are looking for a sharp and highly driven individual to join the Founder’s Office at BookMyCharters and Baron Aviation.
This role involves working directly with the leadership team across important business initiatives, research projects, partnerships, growth opportunities, and internal execution. The work will cut across private aviation, luxury travel, aircraft ownership, business development, operations, and new initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be strong at research, analysis, structured thinking, written communication, and presentation-making. This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to decision-making, can handle ambiguity, and wants meaningful exposure early in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on markets, industries, client segments, and new business opportunities
- Collect, organise, and analyse information to support business decisions
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, research notes, internal briefs, and business summaries
- Support founder-led initiatives across aviation and luxury travel
- Convert discussions and ideas into structured action points and execution plans
- Track progress on important projects and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams or external stakeholders where required
- Use AI tools, Excel, and presentation tools to improve research quality, speed, and output
We are looking for someone who is:
- Smart, structured, curious, and reliable
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and evolving priorities
- Able to simplify complex information into clear notes and recommendations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through without constant supervision
- Comfortable with both thinking-heavy work and execution-heavy work
- Interested in business, strategy, private aviation, luxury, travel, and growth
Prior experience in a Founder’s Office, strategy, consulting, business analysis, startups, research, business development, or investment banking would be useful. Aviation experience would be an added advantage, but is not required.
