Role Overview
The Founder’s Office Associate serves as a key enabler to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic, operational, and administrative priorities. The role combines elements of project management, executive assistance, research, and coordination, requiring exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for a motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments, can manage multiple priorities, and demonstrates both strategic thinking and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Office & Executive Support
- Assist the CEO in calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling logistics, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of briefing notes, background documents, and MoMs.
- Draft, review, and organize communications, emails, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain and update a weekly Founder’s Office dashboard tracking action items, commitments, and deadlines.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and follow-through on leadership decisions and key initiatives.
2. Strategy & Program Management
- Support the Founder’s Office in planning and monitoring organizational priorities and special projects.
- Develop structured project trackers, OKRs, and review mechanisms to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Assist in preparing presentations, board decks, and reports for internal reviews and partner updates.
- Coordinate with program leads to align cross-departmental activities and ensure consistency in execution.
3. Research & Insight Development
- Conduct research on Assistive Technology trends, policies, organizations, and best practices in the inclusion sector.
- Prepare short analytical briefs, policy summaries, and competitor or ecosystem landscape reports.
- Support the development of knowledge materials, concept notes, and internal documentation that inform strategic decisions.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and accountability of communications.
- Manage external engagements including stakeholder meetings, conferences, and events—ensuring preparedness and post-event follow-ups.
- Maintain a repository of documents, reports, and correspondence relevant to the Founder’s Office.
5. Operations & Documentation
- Support administrative operations related to scheduling, logistics, expense coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
- Ensure documentation, minutes, and records are systematically maintained and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparation of event briefs, talking points, and follow-up summaries post key interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in founder’s office, consulting, executive assistant, or program management roles. (Freshers with strong background are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of project tracking tools (Airtable, Notion, Trello, or CRM) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple priorities, and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Remuneration
₹3-5LPA, commensurate with experience, skillset, and organizational fit. Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher compensation.
