About Stance Health
At Stance Health, we are not just building another health solution; we are building the future of proactive healthcare. Our mission is to empower millions of individuals to take control of their well-being through intelligent, data-driven systems and scalable execution.
We are a venture-backed startup, founded by experienced operators and industry leaders, poised to create meaningful impact. We believe in moving fast, thinking big, and executing with clarity.
The Opportunity: Growth, Operations, and Health-tech Execution
This is not a entry-level role.
The Founder’s Office is the strategic nerve center of Stance Health. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact growth, operations, GTM, partnerships, and scaling initiatives across the company.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, commercially sharp, execution-focused, and knows how to get things done.
You will work on problems that directly impact the company’s growth and trajectory, not just support them. If you can hustle, think independently, solve ambiguous business problems, and execute without constant hand-holding, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will wear multiple hats and drive critical growth initiatives across the company:
Business Growth & Revenue Acceleration
· Collaborate directly with founders to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
· Own top-of-funnel initiatives across Meta ads and content
· Drive new revenue channels, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
· Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across new services, programs, and geographies.
· Improve customer acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels.
· Assist in structuring pricing, packaging, and business models.
Operations & Execution
· Translate high-level business vision into structured execution roadmaps.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
· Work across sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to improve efficiency.
· Support new clinic launches, partnership onboarding, and pilot programs.
· Ensure growth experiments are properly tracked, analyzed, and optimized.
Data, Product journeys & Performance Management
· Optimize user journeys across acquisition, retentions, communication and finance.
· Work on building new features to enhance customer experience
· Build and maintain dashboards tracking revenue, growth metrics, partnerships, and performance KPIs.
· Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.
· Prepare structured reports and presentations for leadership and investor discussions.
· Continuously optimize performance based on measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in startups, business development, growth, consulting, operations, or similar high-execution environments.
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B-Tech, Bsc or equivalent).
Note: No postgraduate qualification required or preferred.
· Strong business acumen and commercial thinking.
· High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).
· Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
· Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal.
· Ability to independently own and execute cross-functional initiatives.
Important Note
We prioritize execution ability, first-principles thinking, and ownership over academic pedigree. We are looking for builders who can drive outcomes.
Who You Are: Additional Attributes of the Ideal Candidate
· An Owner: You take initiative and drive results without waiting for instructions.
· First-Principles Thinker: You break down problems and build solutions from the ground up.
· Commercially Sharp: You understand revenue, margins, scalability, and business fundamentals.
· Ambitious & Resilient: You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
· Low Ego, High Impact: You prioritize team outcomes over individual recognition.
· AI-Native: You leverage AI tools to accelerate research, execution, and decision-making.
What We Offer
· Competitive salary (₹6–9 LPA based on capability and impact).
· Direct mentorship and access to the founding team.
· Opportunity to build from the ground up and shape the company’s growth trajectory.
· Steep learning curve and accelerated career progression.
· A high-performance, execution-driven work culture.
If you are a builder at heart and ready to take ownership of growth, we want to hear from you.
