Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for an Associate Founder Office Executive. In this role, you will work directly with the Founder’s office to manage core operational tasks, assist with strategic initiatives, and ensure effective communication and execution of key projects. Responsibilities may include coordinating stakeholder meetings, analyzing business growth opportunities, managing documentation and compliance workflows, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting decision-making processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating impactful presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
- Understanding of business growth strategies and franchise-led expansion is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in operational roles or working with startups is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
