The Tapa Co. is building trusted infrastructure for Hindu ritual practice.
Beginning with a structured dharmic knowledge platform, we aim to help devotees understand rituals with greater clarity, conviction, and trust through guidance rooted in Vedic and Puranic traditions.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate at the Founder’s Office to work directly with the founder during the earliest stage of building The Tapa Co. This is a cross-functional role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into execution.
You will work across:
- product development
- technology coordination
- operations
- brand and GTM
- partnerships
- investor coordination
- pilot execution
- business building
This role is ideal for someone who wants to experience what it takes to build a company from zero to one.
Who we’re looking for
- Recently completed MBA (Marketing / Strategy / Entrepreneurship preferred)
- Internship experience at a product-led business
- Exposure across startups, brand, consulting, product, growth or operations
- Strong communication and structured thinking
- High ownership and execution ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Preferred:
- Exposure to consumer businesses
- Familiarity with Notion, Canva, Figma, AI tools
- Interest in culture, behaviour, community or category building
Compensation:
₹35,000 per month (based on fitment and experience level)
Location: Gurgaon with Remote work for daily logins
Travel required when needed.
