Job Description – Account Executive

Company: Abbacus Technologies (Non-IT Division)

Designation: Account Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
• Assist in audits and tax filings
• Maintain proper documentation and records of financial data

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation (GST, TDS)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Busy, or similar
• Good understanding of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
