Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Finance Coordinator to join our team in Pune. In this multi-functional role, you will be the backbone of our financial data integrity and operational efficiency. You will balance hands-on accounting tasks with critical administrative support to ensure our business processes run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Vendor Management
- Accounting & Compliance: Coordinate with our senior for timely GST and TDS filings and maintain all required compliance documentation.
- Bookkeeping: Support the maintenance of books of accounts using Zoho Books and Tally; ensure daily documentation of finance records, payment vouchers, and digital filing of all bills.
- Vendor Management: Track vendor payments, manage bills, reconciliations.
Operations & Admin Support
- SEZ Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with our SEZ consultant, sharing accurate data for monthly invoicing and billing filings.
- Office Administration: Manage general office operations, including stationery procurement, courier services, vendor contracts, and basic Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Travel: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements and logistics.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or financial operations.
- Education: BCom /MBA
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Tally and Zoho Books.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.
- Soft Skills: A proactive problem-solver with exceptional multitasking abilities and a high degree of professional integrity.
