Job Title: Finance Associate / Finance Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven finance professional to manage influencer payments, financial reporting, and scalable financial operations at VuduCom. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial workflows as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Payment Management
- Reconcile influencer payouts against contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Review, verify, and approve influencer payment requests
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments
- Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, operations) for validation
Process Development & Scalability
- Build and optimize end-to-end payment processes for high-volume influencer transactions
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation/tools for scalability
- Establish SOPs for financial workflows and compliance
Reporting & Analysis
- Review financial and campaign-level reports for accuracy and discrepancies
- Track budgets, spends, and payout trends across campaigns
- Highlight anomalies and provide actionable insights
MIS & Data Management
- Create and maintain MIS dashboards for leadership visibility
- Generate periodic reports (weekly/monthly) on payments, revenues, and margins
- Ensure data integrity across systems and reports
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles (startup/agency experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation)
- Experience handling high-volume transactions or vendor payments
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Good to Have:
- Experience in influencer marketing / creator economy platforms
- Familiarity with accounting tools (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools or workflow systems

- Zero-error, timely influencer payments
- Scalable financial processes that handle growing transaction volumes
- Clear, actionable MIS reports that support business decisions
