Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate - Finance & Accounts based in Nashik. The role involves preparing and maintaining financial statements, analyzing financial data, and generating accurate financial reports. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and supporting the overall financial health and decision-making processes of the organization. Strong collaboration and communication with internal teams to address financial issues and opportunities are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and generating Financial Reports
- Strong financial knowledge, including proficiency in Finance fundamentals and Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-growing organization
