Job Profile:
- Understanding and implementation of FSSAI Act, Rules & Regulations.
- Close monitoring of new regulations and amendments by FSSAI
- Liaisoning with regulatory bodies such as FSSAI etc.
- Manages compliance activities related to Food/Nutraceuticals, Product Labels, Licensing, Legal Metrology etc.
- Dossier Preparation & Research activity for Product Approval, Claim Approvals, Vegan endorsements etc.
- Close co-ordination for Food Import activities.
- Act as the company’s representative during client meetings and interactions.
Desired Candidates must have:
- Master’s degree in Food Technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferably in English) to directly interact with clients.
- Subject knowledge to understand and act on the given task.
- Good computer skills and can easily handle files in Excel, Word, Power point Presentation etc.
