Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Associate - Events & Marketing. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing events, conducting market research, assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the marketing team. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, vendors, and designers to ensure well-organized events and smooth coordination across engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Event Execution & Coordination
- Support execution of Endiya-hosted and partner events.
- Manage registrations, guest lists, confirmations, and event communication.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, branding, materials, and on-ground logistics.
- Liaise with speakers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Track event timelines and maintain necessary documentation
Event Promotion & Marketing
- Drive event promotions, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage updates across website, social media, and internal channels.
- Coordinate development of marketing collaterals with internal teams and external designers.
- Support additional marketing and coordination initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1–3 years in event marketing, communications, coordination, or execution-focused roles
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Mindset: Interest in startups and the VC ecosystem, willingness to learn, and strong execution orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and tasks
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic CMS tools (WordPress/Webflow)
- Exposure to event platforms like Luma or MeraEvents
