About the Role
Algoworks is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Events Operations Associate to support our global event marketing initiatives across the US and UK markets.
This role will play a critical part in planning and executing executive dinners, managing tradeshow sponsorships, coordinating vendors, tracking leads, and measuring ROI to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Dinner & Event Operations
· Plan and execute executive dinners (15–30 CXO-level attendees) across major US & UK cities
· Identify and coordinate with premium venues, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics
· Handle vendor coordination including AV, production, branding, photography, catering, gifting, etc.
· Ensure seamless onsite execution and guest experience
· Manage RSVP tracking and attendee coordination
2. Tradeshow & Sponsorship Management
· Research and identify relevant industry conferences and tradeshows for sponsorship
· Coordinate booth logistics, branding, shipping, collateral production, and on-ground execution
· Liaise with event organizers for deliverables, speaking slots, branding visibility, and lead access
· Manage exhibition calendars across US & UK markets
3. Vendor & Budget Management
· Lead vendor sourcing and negotiations to optimize budgets
· Manage contracts, documentation, payments, and timelines
· Track event budgets and ensure cost efficiency
· Identify opportunities for savings while maintaining premium brand experience
4. Event Marketing Support
· Coordinate development of marketing collaterals (invitations, landing pages, social creatives, brochures)
· Support email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach for executive dinners
· Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints
Required Skills & Experience
· 1+ years of experience in event operations, B2B marketing events, or sponsorship management
· Experience managing international events (US/UK preferred)
· Proven experience in:
o Vendor management & negotiations
o Budget management
o C-suite audience handling
o End-to-end event execution
· Experience managing conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, and executive-level engagements
Preferred Background
· Experience working with technology companies or IT services firms
· Exposure to global enterprise events and partnerships
· Experience handling 25+ events annually across multiple regions
