Role Description
The Associate Engineer - PPP Service position is a full-time on-site role located in Vijayawada. Responsibilities will include carrying out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Canon's digital imaging products, especially in the area of Professional Print Products (PPP). The individual will ensure the seamless functioning of hardware and software, provide technical support to clients, perform necessary repairs, and uphold service standards. The role also involves interacting with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical skills, including knowledge in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and software for professional printing products
- Customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and address client concerns professionally
- Time management and attention-to-detail to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
- Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork in a fast-paced service environment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
- Previous experience in servicing printers or professional print products is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site at the Vizag location and travel if required to near by cities .
