Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Engineer, located in Erode. The Associate Engineer will contribute to designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining engineering solutions across various projects. Key responsibilities include participating in product testing, analyzing system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves creating detailed technical documentation and providing technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical or electronic engineering concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in assembly automation, testing solutions, or precision engineering is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
