- Manage EFB (Electronic Flight Baggage) project for iPad MDM management implementation and routine functioning, monitoring and record keeping.
- To administer performance/documentation load to EFB devices.
- Assist Flight Operations Management in all Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approvals for Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and associated projects.
- To liaise with vendors to procure necessary hardware / software for EFB program.
- Administer and manage Operational Documentation loads for Installed and Portable EFB’s.
- Software configuration management and ensuring on authorized applications installed on EFB devices.
- To check potential security issues with EFB and ensure compliance to security policy.
- Setup and manage Operational Documentation System for digital libraries to streamline the process and ensure maximum efficiency.
- To Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for EFB software upgrades and ensure that applications / databases generated conform to requirements and standards whenever applicable.
- Perform software installation, upgrade & update necessary software
