Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven professional to lead the Talent Management function within the organization. The individual will be responsible for onboarding and managing high-potential creators, building long-term creator relationships, negotiating commercial deals, driving creator growth strategies, and acting as the primary bridge between creators and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent negotiation abilities, and prior experience managing creators or talent portfolios at scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition & Talent Onboarding
- Identify, scout, and onboard high-potential influencers, creators, celebrities, and digital talent across multiple categories and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, managers, and entertainment ecosystem stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to acquire exclusive and premium creator partnerships for the organization.
- Evaluate creators based on engagement, audience quality, brand fit, growth potential, and market relevance.
Talent Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for managed creators and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Understand creator aspirations and help build personalized growth plans for their digital presence and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication between creators and internal campaign teams.
- Resolve creator concerns, conflicts, escalations, and commercial discussions professionally.
Brand Collaboration & Revenue Growth
- Work closely with Brand Partnerships and Campaign teams to identify relevant collaboration opportunities for creators.
- Drive creator monetization through brand campaigns, endorsements, appearances, integrations, and platform partnerships.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and contractual agreements with creators or managers.
- Ensure revenue targets and creator billing goals are achieved consistently.
Strategic Creator Growth
- Build long-term creator growth strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Advise creators on content positioning, audience growth, brand building, and market trends.
- Identify white spaces and emerging creator categories for strategic expansion.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy shifts, platform updates, and competitive movements.
Operations & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with internal Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Brand teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure creators deliver content as per timelines, quality expectations, and campaign guidelines.
- Monitor creator performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, contracts, commercials, and engagement records.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior talent managers and creator acquisition executives.
- Build scalable talent management processes and creator servicing frameworks.
- Contribute to organizational growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, entertainment management, or digital media.
- Strong network within the creator ecosystem, agencies, managers, and entertainment industry.
- Prior experience handling influencer negotiations and creator relationships at scale.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator analytics, and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Experience in managing teams is preferred.
