BOMBAYDC is looking for an experienced
Associate Director – Strategy & New Business to drive enterprise growth and digital transformation engagements.
If you've worked in leading
IT Services, Digital Engineering, Technology Consulting or Product Development companies and enjoy solving complex business challenges while building long-term client relationships, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business growth for Digital Product, UX/UI, Web, Mobile, Enterprise Platforms and Digital Transformation services.
- Identify, engage and convert enterprise accounts across industries.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle—from discovery and solutioning to proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Engage with CXOs, Business Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs and Product Leaders to understand business challenges and build strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with Design, Technology and Product teams to create compelling, outcome-driven proposals.
- Build strategic account plans and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Own revenue targets and contribute to BOMBAYDC's business growth strategy.
We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Technology Consulting, Client Partnerships, Business Development, Strategy or Digital Transformation.
- Experience working with IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Engineering or Product Engineering companies

Preferred Experience
- Selling Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Mobile Apps, Web Platforms or Digital Experience solutions.
- Experience handling enterprise clients and CXO stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, solutioning, negotiation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional Design and Technology teams to craft winning proposals.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise engagements.
