Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth agenda for valuation & advisory mandates Identify, qualify, and win new valuation /LIE / market research assignments across asset classes. Meet new Clients for business / empanelment’s / preferred vendor registrations.
- Shape go-to-market plans, lead proposals, and represent the firm at industry forums to build pipeline and market presence.
- Lead client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, lenders, corporates, and family offices; run presentations, negotiate scope / fees, and drive account expansion and renewals.
- Oversee multi-asset financial modelling and data bases: Lead and review financial models (Income approach, physical approach etc.), ensuring transparent assumptions, sensitivity analyses, and defensible outputs. Preferred not mandatory for a BD function.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for decision support Partner with leadership on MIS, performance dashboards, and compliance tracking; coordinate with legal/audit for regulated-purpose valuations and financial reporting needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches/RFP responses Monitor procurement channels, tailor credentials/case studies, build win-themes, and maintain BD collateral and capture metrics to raise win rates.
- Continuously update domain knowledge.
Education & Experience:
• Postgraduate / MBA in Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Management / Real Estate or related fields.
• Experience: 6–12 years in real estate valuation, consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
