Hiring: Associate Director - ServiceNow Consulting | Hyderabad
We’re looking for a ServiceNow leader with strong solution architecture, advisory and consulting expertise to drive enterprise transformation.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15 to 22 Years
Work Mode: WFO
What you’ll do
- Advise CIOs/CTOs on ServiceNow strategy and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
- Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions
- Drive AI-led innovation (Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence)
- Establish best practices across CSDM, integrations, and governance
What you bring
- 15+ years in IT/consulting with ~10 years in ServiceNow
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on architecture
