We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Platform Leader!
We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Leader / Architect who can operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation.
This is not just another platform role — it’s an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide ServiceNow strategy, drive AI-led innovation, and partner closely with C-level stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15 to 18 Years
Work Mode: WFO - 5 days
What You’ll Be Driving
You’ll act as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders—defining and executing a multi-year ServiceNow roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Lead platform strategy, governance, and large-scale ServiceNow transformations
- Bring thought leadership across AI, automation, and next-gen platform capabilities
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows
- Champion innovation through Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, and Process Mining
- Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across IT and business functions
- Build strong executive relationships and drive cross-functional alignment
- Mentor teams of architects, developers, and admins to deliver excellence
- Enable adoption through workshops, training, and best practices

What You Bring
- 15+ years in enterprise IT / consulting
- 4+ years in senior ServiceNow architecture leadership roles
- Led multiple (5+) end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in global environments
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, integrations, and platform development
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable tech solutions
