We're hiring an Associate Director — Sales to own a major segment of our revenue, lead a team of sales managers, and shape how QuickShift wins enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise sales motion — qualify, pursue, and close high-value accounts
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring retention and account expansion
- Contribute to GTM strategy and translate it into segment-level sales plans
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers
- Own segment P&L contribution, pricing decisions, and commercial negotiations
- Partner with operations, product, and finance to deliver against client commitments
- Run sharp pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and rigorous performance tracking
- Bring market intelligence — competition, trends, new opportunities — back into the org
- Own revenue targets for your segment or region across logistics and supply chain solutions
What You Bring
- 9–15 years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL sales
- Strong record in enterprise/B2B sales and key account management
- Consistently hit and exceeded revenue targets in prior roles
- Experience managing sales managers and working cross-functionally
- Solid understanding of warehousing, transportation, and e-commerce logistics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS or logistics technology platforms
- Exposure to D2C, B2B, and B2C supply chain models
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
