We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Associate Director - Sales (B2B) to drive enterprise business growth and strengthen relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in
enterprise technology sales and a proven ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
The position focuses on expanding enterprise accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and building a strong pipeline of large and fast-growing organizations.
Role Overview
The Associate Director - Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling
enterprise technology solutions to organizations across India. The individual will manage strategic enterprise accounts, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and develop strong industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with enterprise-level clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise and high-growth companies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Generate new business opportunities through industry events, networking, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement and solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably selling technology or SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience engaging with C-level decision makers and senior business leaders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close enterprise deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs and market opportunities.
