Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Associate Director-Presales opportunity. You will lead consulting efforts for clients, lead the pre-sales process, collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions, and drive initiatives to integrate effective sales strategies. This role will require managing a team and ensuring smooth communication between departments to achieve organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Pre-sales or Inside-sales with at least 3 years managing 50+ member team.
- Strong Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to track and optimize performance.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Lead management software, and Sales automation.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Management, or related fields (MBA preferred)
