Job Description – Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS)
Location - Regional Sales Office – Mumbai
Role Overview
Responsible for driving regional sales, managing key accounts, and supporting Sarovar Hotels’ revenue growth in the Western India market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify and develop corporate, MICE, OTA, and travel trade accounts in the Mumbai region.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and drive account production across hotels.
- Support hotels with contracting, RFPs, rate strategies, and lead conversion.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor updates, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent Sarovar Hotels at sales calls, trade shows, and regional events.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or Hospitality.
- 8–10 years of hotel sales experience; strong exposure to Mumbai corporate & MICE markets preferred.
- Strong hold in corporate sales
- Experience in reputed hotels is preferred with few years in luxury hotel space.
- Proven skills in business development, negotiation, and account management.
- Candidate who are either based in Mumbai or local from Mumbai are preferred for the role.
