Responsibilities
- Close deals. You need to be a rockstar deal initiator and closer.
- As a trusted sales expert, you will engage with potential customers (CXO, VP, Directors in HR function) to understand their needs and convey RippleHire’s value proposition.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle of assigned Inbound Leads/Accounts from MQL to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery & product pitch sessions with prospects to understand their use case, needs, budgets, etc., and map it to RippleHire’s product and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. Solution Engineering, Product, Customer Support, etc, and ensure customer goals are met.
- Record and document all sales activities in the CRM.
- Forecast against sales targets with a high degree of accuracy.
Must have requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise sales roles including both inside sales and field sales.
- Significant experience in CLOSING $100K - $500K ACV deals (Or INR 1Cr - INR 5Cr deals).
- Highly competitive nature and a track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition/HR Tech sales.
- Genuine love for your clients and making them successful.
