Associate Director of Sales — Bangalore -Neutara Technologies - Product: CloudFuze | Full-Time
A bit about us,
CloudFuze helps companies move their data — emails, files, entire cloud environments — from one platform to another. Think Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Box to SharePoint, and everything in between. Our customers are mid-size businesses and large enterprises, and we operate across the US and India.
We're growing. Not "we hope to grow" — we are actually in the middle of it. The Bangalore sales team needs a strong leader to take ownership.
What's the role?
We need someone to take complete ownership of the Bangalore sales Unit. That means the team, the number, the process, and the culture — all of it sits with you.
This isn't a role where you walk in and manage an already-running machine. We want someone who has built teams, who knows what it takes to go from messy to structured, and who genuinely enjoys that process. If you've only ever inherited a polished team and maintained it, this probably isn't the right fit.
What you'll actually be doing
You own the revenue number for Bangalore. Full stop. Not a shared target, not a supporting role — the quota is yours.
Beyond the number, you'll be responsible for:
- Running a team of 50+ sales reps — hiring, developing, and if needed, making the hard calls
- Building out the sales process and making sure it actually gets followed
- Setting the culture — what good looks like, how the team carries itself, how wins are celebrated and how losses are reviewed
- Working closely with the US leadership team to make sure Bangalore's goals are aligned with the company's broader direction
- Getting involved in hiring — not just approving CVs but actively shaping the team you want to build
What we're looking for
Someone who has done this before. Not a version of it — actually done it.
You should have managed a team of at least 50 sales reps, owned a team quota, and have real experience building a sales function rather than just running one someone else built. If you've started a sales team from near-zero and taken it somewhere meaningful, that's exactly the kind of background we're interested in.
You should have a hunting background. We're not looking for someone who only knows how to farm existing accounts. New logo acquisition, outbound motion, building pipeline from scratch — this should feel natural to you.
Technology should excite you. Not in a buzzword way — we mean you follow what's happening in cloud, SaaS, and enterprise software because you find it genuinely interesting. Customers can tell the difference.
Experience level: somewhere in the 15–20 year range, with at least 4–5 years leading sales teams.
