Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jaipur for the role of Associate Director of Sales. The Associate Director of Sales will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, lead a dynamic sales team, and contribute to achieving business development goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, optimizing operations to enhance performance, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering exceptional customer service to support the hotel's objectives.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a focus on meeting revenue goals
- Strong background in Customer Service to create and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Team Management to lead, coach, and mentor sales teams effectively
- Proficiency in Business Development to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
