Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Director of Finance, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Associate Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and financial reporting. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and advising on financial strategies to optimize organizational performance. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to support effective decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and experience in constructing, managing, and analyzing budgets
- Strong knowledge in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and guide strategic decisions
- Expertise in areas of Finance and Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and optimize processes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial management or a similar role
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred
- Familiarity with global accounting regulations and cross-border financial compliance is a plus
